Been trying to cancel my free subscription for the last few days and it won't do anything!!!?? i want to cancel.

none of the links on your website actually work or take me anywhere that i can cancel my subscription. I do not want to have to pay the monthly subscription.

I haven't even used the service because it doesn't have any of the links that i need.

I need my account cancelled right away I AM NOT PAYING MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION when you guys advertise that you can cancel during the 7 day period BUT haven't even provided the means to do so on your website. This is a sneaky and dishonest website and I really hope that you will actually do the right thing in this case and cancel my subscription.

Files fetcher unfair billing

Filesfetcher.com Support, I am very disappointed in the service your site has given me. I signed up to use filesfetcher.com and I was told I could use it for FREE just to test it out.

Then you guys came with this credit card thing that you need it but won't charge me. I wasn't satisfied with the service and immediately attempted to cancel only to be told it wasn't possible for two days or so. Just today I received a billing notice from my card company about the deduction with no idea of who I was dealing with. Not even an email!

And why the mysterious two day no cancellation period So why do you even advertise it as free service if you know you're going to charge with out my notice ? Anyway I'm not interested in an argument.

It's still early. I'm urgently request you to cancel the subscription and refund my $49 with immediate effect.

It was ensured in Filesfetcher's response on January 5th that the money would be transferred back to my account in 10 days max. 17 days later there is still no action nor response concerning this issue!Ivan

I wanted to download a scientific book about rocket propulsion chemistry. It was first advertised that the e-book would be available at filesfetcher, which made me consider a subscription for a free trial period in the first place.

However, I was disappointed to find out that the advertisement was FALSE and that there was no way to download the e-book from the website. Unfortunately only after I subscribed! Furthermore, I could not cancel the subscription until the trial period was over. Considering the situation, I can only conclude that I was scammed for 40+ EUR.

As a student, I don't have money to throw around and therefore demand a refund. Furthermore: If the fee cannot be refunded, I would also have to conclude that this page is shady at best and publicly recommend to everyone to avoid it.

I can confirm the refund was already sent on 08-01-2018. 5 up to 10 business days is the standard time for a refund to be seen on your account and sometimes even longer depending on the Banking procedures. If this card was canceled, you should inform your card provider regarding the refund so they can transfer it to your new card. If it was not canceled, please contact with your card provider to double check if there is a transaction pending to be reflected on your statement coming from Filesfetcher.

I tried to cancel my account right Away when I did The subscription, but the website wouldn't let me do It for several days, and then billed me 39,99€ because the trial period was over. Also, before signing they claimed they had The book I needed, and After the book wasn't there.

I tried contacting them and they say that It was written in the email I received that the free trial period was 1 week, but it's not true, they didn't specify that. Before signing they claimed it was a month free trial And thank take your money without you noticing It.

Just a BIG FRAUD. I want my money back.

Subscription cancelled, charging continued

I cancelled subscription 6 month ago and just found it that they take money from my card. Custumer support try to fake me, they don't know what their ticket number of cancellation form means.

They refuse to refund money and don't offer any solution. Unbelievable what kind of custumer support they are. I try to send them e-mails from different adress, but they just say they did not received any e-mails. Finally some guy promised that he will ask for refunding me my money but in 14 days.

It really does not sounds that theese people are someone you should cooperate with. I am dissapointed

I've never seen another service that would receive so many complaints regarding their way of handling business. State it clearer what is consumer supposed to pay, and not deduce it.

I registered and forgot what's that. Only after I saw the registration fee deduced I remembered. I have contacted the support, but no reply. Somehow I cancelled the subscription, but I am afraid they are going to charge me.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Should be closed down, as well as many others who charges people without their consent.

Filesfetcher should learn to run their business better, or else they are good to go! Hope everybody solved their issues.

Cancelled my account but still got charged 62$ monthly

I signed for the free trial in order to download a file for school, but after signing up, I couldn't find the file, so I cancelled my account (the same day) in order to not be charged. I cancelled my account before the expiry date for the free trial.

However, I look at my statement today to find that Filesfetcher charged me a fairly big amount of 62$CAD, twice.

I accidentally cleaned up my junk email and my deleted email folder, where the confirmation of the cancellation email was in, but I'm 110% certain that I have cancelled my account. I would like to ask for a refund as I cancelled my account before the trial ended and I didn't use filesfetcher ever since.

After signing up I tried to cancel my "Free Trial" only to be told that I couldn't for two days. I then tried to log back on two days later only for the sight to be 'temporarily unavailable'.

This went on for days with only the first page on which you actually sign up available and working. My card has been charged for multiple small random amounts which I assume is them testing that It works.

I have emailed FilesFetcher which was my only form of contacting them and have blacked my card with my bank and been issued a new one. Do not trust this sight!!!

These people advertise my book, loyalty in me lieth, as a free download. To get it you need to sign on with your credit card details for a 7 day free account.

I told them that only Amazon and New Generation Publishing had copyright to my book. In that case they said that the book couldnt possibly be on their site. The only way that I could check was to sign up my credit card.

Im not going to do that. Its either a con to get your card details or breach of copyright.

FILESFETCHER LIAR

So last august this filesfetcher team deducted and get money from my account without any permission. I've contacted them several times regarding for the refund.

They always reply with the message from the day I reported until today. They said the money was already refunded to my account but when i contacted my card provider. THERE IS NO MONEY REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.

Why do you always make your customer so stupid begging for their hard earned money back? YOU NEED TO SETTLE THIS!

I am still waiting for my refund since I contacted you 30 days ago. It is not a big amount so why is it so difficult to get it back? So I emailed them again to ask for the remaining refund and they sent me an email to say it would take 5-10 working days! So I waited until after 10 days, by day 12, there was still no refund.

So I emailed them again and now they are saying I need to provide them with a bank statement detailing the charges and refund, along with the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of my credit card. I gave these to them. But they replied to say that the transactions need to be numbered otherwise they are incomplete. Also that the card number needs to appear on the same statement.

So I asked them to show me an example of the statement required. But haven't heard back from them. What a fraud!!Angry and pissed off!l just give me my money back!! Review about: Filesfetcher Free Trial.

I contacted them on the 20th of August and they said they will refund my money with a maximum of 10days. But 10 days had been past and money is not been refunded.

I contacted them. Sent them a new mail. And then replied back with the same email they sent me before to wait for 5-10 days.

I don't have any assurance that they will refund my money. This filesfetcher is fake.

I signed up for FilesFetcher because It said it has this particular book on file that I was looking for. It took my credit card details.

It said free trial for 7 days. After I signed up I went to look for the book which it said was available, but I couldn't find it! It now said the file was UNAVAILABLE. So I tried to cancel but it wouldnt let me do it until the 7 days free trial was over.

So I waited until that day and cancelled my account. But meanwhile I have noticed money has been going out of my account during those 7 days of "Free" trial. After I cancelled I asked for my refund, but had only received partial refund in two transactions.
